In addition to Somatic Trauma Therapy and therapeutic breathwork, this session includes self body de-armouring, self acupressure, and customized somatic practices. Clients also receive access to an online somatic library for emotional release and inner work, along with personalized therapeutic exercises and ongoing support.

Each session is interactive and tailored to your specific needs, offering practical tools and strategies for long-term healing. Ongoing support is available between sessions, including session recaps and personalized exercises.
