Breathing coach and Integrative Counselor

I am a Vienna-based certified breathing coachmental health practitioner, and body-centred psychotherapist.

The desire to discover the power of breath brought me to pack up my suitcase and travel the globe to learn unique methods of using breath for healing purposes.

In India, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Holland, and Austria I trained and learned different modalities, all of which I use in my practice. My approach is to combine the mind, body, and spirit for holistic healing.   

I also trained in advanced Somatic Bodywork for trauma release and self  de–armouring, which I incorporate in my practice to help clients notice physical sensations that stem from mental health issues and use that awareness to work through painful emotions.

I travel worldwide as a breathing coach and facilitator, providing trainings to individuals, guiding clients to transform their experiences and,  equipping them with the tools needed to experience greater self-awareness, a clearer mind, and a deeper connection to their bodies.

My mission

My mission is to use the power of breath to change lives, including my own. As a breathing coach and mental practitioner,  I desire to help people learn  to improve their physical and mental well- being through conscious breathing techniques, somatic bodywork, and psychoeducation.

My role

My role as a breathing coach and psychotherapist is to teach you about the science behind the breathwork and, how to incorporate breathwork and mind training sessions into a daily routine. You will learn how to breathe for emotional intelligence, balance your nervous system, use breath as a powerful tool for trauma relief, and access altered states of consciousness.

Corporate Collaborations
